We collect, store, process and use personal data of suppliers, customers, other business partners and prospects, in particular contact details of contact persons, name, address, email address, telephone number, business partner numbers, purchase, order, delivery and billing data for the purpose of initiation, reasoning, handling of contractual relationships, including delivery, payment and any warranty or product liability.
5) Legal basis of processing
Your personal data will be processed according to the currently valid provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The following legal bases are taken into account:

If the processing of your personal data takes place in order to safeguard our legitimate interests or which of a third party (e.g. business relationship maintenance, marketing and advertising, avoidance of economic damage by credit rating [Creditreform], certifications), this is the legal basis for the processing. In doing so, a balance is being made to safeguard your interests and fundamental rights.

10) Revocation of the consent of the data processing
You have the possibility to withdraw your consent in whole or in part at any time. The legality of the processing carried out until then remains unaffected.
11) Obligation to provide data
You only need to provide the data necessary to implement a contract or pre-contractual relationship or if there is a legal obligation for the provision.
